Acorn HIPs was formed in August 2007. We are a local family run independent company. The aim was to make us the most competative Hip Pack Provider in the area without compromising on quality of service.

We recognize the additional cost at an already expensive time when you are selling. Our aim has always been to keep our prices as low as we can, if its for a full HIP or an Energy Report.

We are fully insured.

- The EPCs for £2,000,000

Our packs comply with HIP regulations. Our service is personal and friendly.

At all times your pack can be tracked to let you know its progress.

We are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board as a subscriber to the HIP Code and are member of AHIPP. Our local searches are Search Code Compliant and done in person at the local councils not on-line like some HIP providers.

What Estate Agents say about HIP Providers.

1. You have to buy your HIP through your estate agent.

There is NO legal requirement to buy your HIP through estate agents. All the componants of the pack are the same whether purchased through estate agents or HIP providers.

2.Be aware of unscrupulous HIP providers who are not legally compliant.

We as a company are subscribers to the HIP Code and registered with the PCCB and are fully insured.

3.They can't do it for that price.

We can do it for that price. Our overheads are low and there is no referal fee to your estate agent on direct sales.
